Commuting to Pagsanjan


Home of the famous falls, Pagsanjan is known to be the tourist capital of Laguna. You can take a boat to go upstream to the Pagsanjan Falls, however, it will be no easy journey as you will encounter 14 upstream rapids during the process.

    • From the Victory Liner Terminal, turn left at EDSA, and walk 5 blocks along EDSA, past Times Transit Terminal, New York Street, Dagupan Bus Terminal, Phil. Rabbit Terminal, Ermin Garcia Avenue, Ramon Magsaysay High School-Cubao, and Kamuning/Kamias Road. The Jac Liner and Tritran bus terminals are just across Kamuning/Kamias Road. Ride a Jac, Lucena Lines, Grand Star, or Tritran bus to Lucena.

Route 3: NCR-Banaue-Sagada
  1. Go to Banaue. The ride takes 8-11 hours.
  2. From the bus terminal, ride a jeep/tricycle to the town proper, and get off beside the Municipal Hall, near the Banaue Market.
  3. Ride an FX to Sagada. The ride takes 2-3 hours.

  1. Go to Banaue. The ride takes 8-11 hours.

  3. Ride a Dangwa Tranco bus to Banaue. The ride takes about 8 hours.
Route 5: Manila-Banaue
  1. From UST, take the Lacson Exit.
  2. Turn left at A. H. Lacson, and walk past UST and Hospital of the Infant Jesus, until you get to Dimasalang/Nicanor Roxas. The Dangwa Tranco Bus Terminal is located near the intersection of A. H. Lacson, Dimasalang, and Nicanor Roxas.
  3. Ride Dangwa Tranco bus to Banaue. The ride takes about 9 hours.
Route 6: Manila-Banaue
  1. From UST, take the Espana Exit.
  2. Walk towards Extremadura.
  3. Turn into Extremadura, and walk about 1 block, past Valencia, until you get to M. Earnshaw/Sergio H. Loyola. The Florida Bus Terminal is located near the intersection of Extremadura, M. Earnshaw, and Sergio H. Loyola.
  4. Ride a Florida bus to Banaue. The ride takes 8-10 hours.
Route 7: Manila-Banaue
  1. From UST, take the Espana Exit.
  2. Walk towards F. Cayco.
  3. Turn into F. Cayco, and walk about 1 block, past Perpetual Succor Hospital, until you get to Sergio H. Loyola. The Autobus Terminal is located at F. Cayco corner Sergio H. Loyola.
