Commuting to El Nido


Located in Palawan, El Nido is also know as the "Final Frontier." Many locals and touriest come here to enjoy its marble cliffs, crystal waters, and white sandy beaches.

Commuting Routes:


From NCR:

Route 1: Manila-El Nido
  1. From Manila Domestic Airport, take an Island Transvoyager Inc. (ITI) or SEAIR flight to El Nido. The flight takes 1-2 hours.
  2. From the airport, ride a tricycle to the town proper.
Route 2: Manila-El Nido
  1. From Manila North Harbor Pier 2, ride an MV Asuncion IV or MV Catalyn C ferry to El Nido. The ride takes about 30 hours.
Route 3: Manila-Busuanga-El Nido
  1. From Manila Domestic Airport, take an Asian Spirit flight to Busuanga. The flight takes about 1 hour.
  2. From Busuanga, take a SEAIR flight to El Nido. The flight takes about 30 minutes.
  3. From the airport, ride a tricycle to the town proper.
Route 4: Manila-Taytay-El Nido
  1. From Manila Domestic Airport, take a SEAIR flight to Taytay.
  2. From Taytay, ride a Sweety Transport or Eulen Joy bus or a jeep to El Nido. The ride takes 1-2 hours.
Route 5: Manila-Puerto Princesa-El Nido
  1. Go to Puerto Princesa, either:
    • From PAL Terminal, take a PAL flight to Puerto Princesa.
    • From Manila Domestic Airport, take a Cebu Pacific flight to Puerto Princesa.
    • From Manila North Harbor Pier 4, ride a WG&Amp;A ferry to Puerto Princesa. The ride takes about 24 hours.
  2. From Puerto Princesa, take a SEAIR flight to El Nido. The flight takes about 45 minutes.
  3. From the airport, ride a tricycle to the town proper.
Route 6: Manila-Puerto Princesa-El Nido
  1. Go to Puerto Princesa, either:
    • From PAL Terminal, take a PAL flight to Puerto Princesa.
    • From Manila Domestic Airport, take a Cebu Pacific flight to Puerto Princesa.
    • From Manila North Harbor Pier 4, ride a WG&Amp;A ferry to Puerto Princesa. The ride takes about 24 hours.
  2. From the San Jose Terminal in Puerto Princesa, ride a Sweety Transport or Eulen Joy bus to El Nido. The bus will pass by Taytay and Roxas. The ride takes 7-8 hours.
Route 7: Manila-El Nido
  1. From Manila North Harbor Pier 4, ride a WG&A ferry to Coron. The ride takes about 14 hours.
  2. From Coron, ride an Atienza Shipping ferry to El Nido.

From Bacolod/Davao/Iloilo:

Route 1: Bacolod/Davao/Iloilo-Puerto Princesa-El Nido
  1. Take a Cebu Pacific flight to Puerto Princesa.
  2. From Puerto Princesa, take a SEAIR flight to El Nido. The flight takes about 45 minutes.
  3. From the airport, ride a tricycle to the town proper.
Route 2: Bacolod/Davao/Iloilo-Puerto Princesa-El Nido
  1. Take a Cebu Pacific flight to Puerto Princesa.
  2. From the San Jose Terminal in Puerto Princesa, ride a Sweety Transport or Eulen Joy bus to El Nido. The bus will pass by Taytay and Roxas. The ride takes 7-8 hours.

From Batangas:

  1. Ride a Viva Lines slow boat to Coron.
  2. Ride an Atienza Shipping ferry to El Nido.

From Boracay:

  1. Take a SEAIR flight to El Nido via Busuanga. This flight is seasonal, so make sure you check with SEAIR before finalizing your plans.

From Busuanga:

  1. Take a SEAIR flight to El Nido. The flight takes about 30 minutes.
  2. From the airport, ride a tricycle to the town proper.

From Cebu:

Route 1: Cebu-Puerto Princesa-El Nido
  1. Take a PAL or Cebu Pacific flight to Puerto Princesa.
  2. From Puerto Princesa, take a SEAIR flight to El Nido. The flight takes about 45 minutes.
  3. From the airport, ride a tricycle to the town proper.
Route 2: Cebu-Puerto Princesa-El Nido
  1. Take a PAL or Cebu Pacific flight to Puerto Princesa.
